KJ takes pride in delivering clear information and helping clients navigate processes with confidence and ease. Her strong sense of integrity and accountability shapes the way she approaches both her work and client relationships.

Outside of the office, KJ enjoys photography, staying active, and spending time camping with her husband and children.

Russ Jaeger

Russ brings more than 30 years of experience as a CPA to JDH, including nearly two decades leading his own practice. His background also includes service as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer, giving him a broad operational perspective that informs his approach to tax and financial strategy.

Russ specializes in navigating complex tax matters and representing clients before the IRS and state revenue agencies. His steady judgment and depth of experience provide clients with confidence in high-stakes situations, while his commitment to clear, jargon-free communication ensures they remain informed and empowered throughout the process.

Outside of work, Russ enjoys pickleball and spending time outdoors.

Lilly Tang

Lilly brings over a decade of experience in tax and accounting to her role at JDH. She works with individuals and business owners to navigate complex financial environments with precision and care, ensuring that compliance and strategy remain aligned.

Whether supporting high net-worth clients or growing entrepreneurs, Lilly focuses on delivering clarity and structure — helping clients understand their financial position and implement best practices that support long-term strength.

Jon Fisher

Jon serves as Accounting Director at JDH, bringing over 25 years of experience in operational and financial leadership roles. As a CPA, he oversees financial reporting and bookkeeping systems with a focus on accuracy, structure, and meaningful insight.

Jon works closely with business owners to ensure their financial statements are not just compliant, but actionable — providing clarity that supports confident decision-making.
